Hi... I am a 27 yr old female. I recently had a boil(for the 4th time) erupt under my arm. It erupted 2days ago. I feel weak, nausea at times, a head ache and stomachs is upset. There is still a hard area surrounding the whole. It smells badly! What do I do?

You should go to ER (surgical) and ask to get helped by a surgeon. You need to get a surgical excision of this boil and start some prescription antibiotics intramuscular and oral route.
