Hi, I am writing from far away.here is midnight.My father just worked at his room and little watch battery explode. now his eye is red and I have seen white little spots in the corner of the eye (white place of the eye)we washed it immediatly with water and tea compress was made.may we wait till tomorrow

It may be because of chemical injury to the white of the eye.
washing with plain water is correctly done.
Now better to use lubricating eye drops with some topical antibiotic eye drops. If vision is ok then hope the best.Paracetamol tab can be given sos for pain.
