hi ,my period(mc) has to be start in 8 sept, due to delay today (13th sept) till now period has not started ,after that i have checked throrgh prega news kit, found that result is positive. should i understand i am pregant. if so then i dont want to pregant now for this i have to to do?...

If the prega kit test is positive , it means that you are pregnant.
If you do not wish to continue the pregnancy, then you can consider medical abortion. Medicines can be used to abort baby for up to 9 weeks of pregnancy.
For this first you should consult family physician /Gynecologist. Before the treatment it is important to have examination by her to make sure that the pregnancy is in the uterus and you do not have contraindications for the medications.
In Medical abortion there are two types of medicines ( anti progesterone and prostaglandin) used for abortion. Medical abortion is about 95% effective. Most women ( 80%) abort within 24 hours of taking the second pill. Some take little longer. After aborting the pregnancy you may have light bleeding for two weeks. Get an ultrasound done after two weeks to make sure that the abortion process is complete.
If you have heavy bleeding (soak 2pads/hour for more than two hours) or if the bleeding persists even after 2 weeks you must see the doctor.
To avoid such unnecessary stress I advise you to consult your doctor and start regular contraception like hormonal contraception or have an intrauterine devise fitted as they are very effective in preventing pregnancy.
