i am leaving on vacation in a little over a month. its my first time leaving the country and going south. turns out i will most likely be on my period the entire week we are gone and now im in a huge panic! i dont want to stress over that stuff while trying to enjoy my first vacation :( i am not on the pill anymore and i need to know if there is anything at all that i can take that will delay it until the next time... please help!
