I have been trying to gauge my ovulation time since my hysterectomy 18 years ago..the older I get the more symptomatic I get...Breast enlargement severe tenderness ridiculous cravings.....I still produce milk as well....they don t know why? but certain times of the month they get very heavy my breast...I have some discomfort in my abdomen as well....how can I pinpoint accurately when my cycle begins for ovulation?
