Hi, I'm 21 year old, I'm 14kgs overweight. I want to lose weight. I'm going for jogging in the morning and in the evening I go to gym. The hostel I stay in serve mostly rice items entire day. If I switch to eating only kellogs-K will it help. I fear at times that I many faint off cos I have a very hectic schedule and I'm active all day long. Another problem is I can't completely cut off from everything doctor says I'm slightly anemic .Hence I have a lot of problems with my periods. So, how do I maintain a balance.

losing 14 kg can be done rightly if its done gradually. divide it over 5-6 months time. Dont keep it as one or two months target as it unhealthy. Since your active through outthe day with jogging and work out give it some time before the results starts showing.
What you can do is to have good breakfast and lunch and have just fruits or salad for dinner. fried foods absolute no.since you are anemic its better that you follow a wholesome diet. include carrotsand cucumber spinach leaves in your diet daily.They give the feeling of fullness, easily available. If you cannot avoid rice completely its okay just limit the quantity of intake.
