Suggest Remedies To Reduce Weight Post Uterus Line Burn Surgery
I had the surgery to burn the lining of my uterus and since then, I have gain 30 pounds and cant lose it. I am not a couch potatoe, I eat healthy and workout and nothing I do will make me drop a pound! If I would of been told I would gain weight, I would never have done it! I need help what kind I do! HELP!
I sympathize. Hormonal changes have made you more sensitive to carbohydrates, especially high glycemic carbohydrates. If I were treating you I would instruct you on a 1200 calorie diet with no more than 136 g carbohydrates with an emphasis on consuming low glycemic carbohydrates. Use cottage cheese as a source of protein or meat analogues. No sugary bevergages. Green tea x 3 per day. Walk briskly for 30 minutes 5 days per week. Follow up with a dietitian. I hope this gives youi a plan to start with and one that initially helps. Please follow-up with a Dietitian. Thank you for coming to HCM. KathyShattler, MS,RDN
