Suggest Remedy 50% Blockage In Heart

I just receive a notice my CT angiogram show something 50% block and next week I need to make an stress test to check if its not 60-75% (than I need to put stent).I m really feeling so depress an looking for not too long life expectancy.Can you please tell me about what I have 9alternatives) in front of me ?Thanks Michael

welcome to hcm
just relax brother,with todays lifestyle even young kids in teenage are common to develop some blockage in their coronary arteries...problem usually dont arise till blockage is above 90% and in some cases not until 100% and that too in LAD i.e LEFT ANTERIOR DESCENDING CORONARY ARTERY...you have not mentioned your blockage is in which specific coronary artery but if its anywhere apart from LAD then you dont even need any drugs at the moment ,leave apart implantation of stent and if its in LAD then too with 50% blockage you only need certain LIFESTYLE MODIFICATIONS which u can discuss with your treating doctor and requires regular monitoring,nuthing else at present...so relax and keep unnecessary stress away from yourself
