Suggest Remedy Facial Pain And Numbness Inside Mouth

Yesterday I had some left side facial pain. Throbbing for about an hour maybe and I believe some numbness on the inside of my mouth. Numbness on Same left side. Was worried about a facial droop. Could it be that I was in my car with ac on strong and then stepped out into heat? Don t think so but any ideas?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

Facial numbness can be due to intra cranial bleed or stroke.
You may need to consult and further investigate.

CT scan may not detect minor bleed or infact so,
When such patient comes to my hospital we usually do MRI brain or MRA [magnetic angiography].
Neurotropic medication like methylcobalamine 1500 mcg daily will help for improving focus.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
