Suggest Remedy For A Mole Which Hurts To The Touch
I have had a mole for as long as I can remember, and it has never been anything of note. Over the past week, I ve noticed some tenderness around the area, and upon inspection, I see a purple-ish bruise underneath and around it. It hurts to the touch, and I m not sure if I should be worried about it?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have mole which hurts to the touch which is due to accumulation of dead bacteria and sebum in skin. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to use a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day. Your sunscreen should cover both UV A as well as UV B part of the spectrum. Avoid oily and fried food and make use of product containing benzoyl peroxide. Apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. You should get biopsy done if it is painful to find out underlying systemic cause. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and can also go for chemical peel containing Glycolic acid. Apply Adapalene gel once at night. Drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
