Suggest Remedy For A Panic Attack Caused By An Intake Of Marijuana

I went to a party with my friends it was a great party. After spending sometime at the party my friends and i took alcohol the alcohol was mixed with marihuana, when i took it after 20 mins i started feeling kinda a weird.I had severe panic attack that night So i drove home and i was panicking and i was having racing thoughts of me going crazy.I was panicking a lot and i got very angry at myself so i broke my phone out of anger that i was stupid enough to drink that.I was later rushed to the hospital. And i was injected and fell asleep i took 2 drips. The next day i felt great and started living my life again. Two weeks after i started having this thoughts that i am going crazy.I try soo hard to avoid it but it never goes,It has been hunting me i started thinking a lot about going crazy,I don t feel real i see the world as i am living in a dream i wanna stop i tried everything.it hunts me it makes me question everything i do.I wonder what is going on with me it is soo strong and i have running thoughts.I over thinks But when i am with friends or busy i am fine i don t think of it but when i am alone or about to sleep i think soo much about it.What if i lose it what if i start hearing voices what if i start acting stupid in public? What if i lose it one day in class What if i do this then i start to fear.my mind races i start panicking it kept going on for a month now. When i am with friends or partying i am fine but when i am alone it comes back.I am soo scared what is wrong with me?am i going crazy?

This is pretty common and often lasts after the marijuana is gone. Short term counseling/cbt is often helpful. sometimes a few months of an antidepressant with anti-anxiety effects may be prescribed.
