Suggest Remedy For A Penis Which Has Turned Black & Blue

28 years old,5feet ten inches.Healthy.Three days after surgery for inguinal and umbilical hernia,I feel a little sick .I don't have a fever maybe at most 99.Sometimes Ill have chills .Surgery site is not red .Should I be worried ?Also a lot of swelling is present on the inner thigh of leg near surgical site,swelling of scrotum ,and scrotum and whole penis is black and blue .Experiencing some pain towards end of urination.This normal?
