As per your query you have small black spot appearing on the cheek which is due to production of melanin pigment like excessive sun exposure. I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and mild soap , After washing face apply kojic acid cream twice which is safe for use and exfoliate your face twice a week to remove the dead skin . Also cover your face while in exposure to sun or use broad spectrum sunscreen and apply vitamin E oil at night . If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may recommend chemical peeling or laser therapy .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
