Hi, I m Anthony. I m 140 lbs, 5 2, at 19% body fat. I notice even with lots of cardio and a strict diet, I still have chest fat and belly fat on my body. I am extremely active and my practices run from 3 - 5:30 everyday day. What should I do to lose weight?
Hi, hope you are fine. Do type of exercise which helps to reduce tummy fat. Like circuit training it includes multiple exercises for 20-30 minutes...atleast 3 days in a week..just watch you tube that is for circuit training that will help to reduce your tummy .While doing it, keep hydrate before, during and after workout. And after postworkout , have whey protein shake which help to build muscle mass. And what kind of strict diet you are following please mention?? And as I calculated you nerd to lose weight only 5-6 kg . So go for circuit training it will definitely help.,if do not in your case. Then let me know. Hope I have answered your query. Best wishes
