I'm an athletic person who works out and does sports and does not eat much whereas my big brother is the opposite. He only sits down on his computer, never ever works out yet he has a six pack and it only 74kgs whereas I'm 100kgs... not obese or even chubby, mainly fat around the waistline . Sorry if this is complicated but is there any logic to this biologically?

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out. Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.
It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day.
