Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain With Dry Mouth
Abdominal pain came out of no where near belly button, not ir hurts on lower right side. Head ache, dry mouth, and freezing cold. I m scared this has been getting worse since 10pm. What should I do? My parents think its constipation I think its my appendix.

I think this may be a stomach flu.
Get checked by a Doctor for your vitals like pulse , BP , temperature and a good clinical examination and also ultrasonography as you are bothered about appendicitis. One can also know about the status of liver, pancreatitis , gal bladder stones and lymph nodes as well as kidneys.
