Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain
sir i had stomach ache when i got up in the morning, it remained for 6 hours then subsided after i took metronidazole..but i had weakness..so i checked my fever in the evening which was 39 degrees centigrade..i took two tabs panadol and a second dose of metronidazole..now i have 35 degrees fever..lethargy and abnormal bowel movmnts..cn u suggest me anything?

Hi.
The cause may be enteritis as you have rightly suspected . Continue Metronidazole in appropriate dosage and add-on an antibiotic suitable for intestinal infections. Also take probiotic and take paracetamol only if there is fever.
