Suggest Remedy For Acid Reflux With Nausea

My 18 yr old son has been having stomach pain and nausea especially after he eats. Tonight while playing football he couldn t keep any water down and kept vomiting it up and said it looked like black water. I m thinking old blood maybe?? He said he feels like he can t swallow. Does this sound like acid reflux possibly? He hasn t eaten since lunch. Should we go to the doctor tonight or wait and see how he feels in the morning?

urgently go to a doctor.. needs an urgent ultrasound of abdomen..may have gallbladder stone..or may have upper gastrointestinal bleed. or dyselectrolytemia..
