Suggest Remedy For Acid Reflux

I was diagnosed about 3 weeks with Lyme disease. Since then I ve been on doxycycline a little over 2 weeks. At first I had severe stomach aches then it kind of went away. Well a few days ago it started feeling like acid reflux, and bothered me when I burped and such. Now my problem is, if I eat or swallow I feel like I have a lump in my throat & lower in my esophagus like near my chest. Is this a normal acid reflux problem that I m experiencing from the antibiotic. I never really had acid reflux before. Also I noticed my my glands in my neck or swollen

You have problem of acid reflux and lump in throat area.
This lump in throat area may be related to thyroid glands .Thyroid tumor may rule out. Sonography is helpful for further diagnosis. Do thyroid function test. Consent a physician for diagnosis.

You are taking doxycycline drugs .This drugs may cause acid reflux problem.
Take proton pump inhibitor drugs to suppres a acid reflux.
Avoid spicy foods and fatty foods.
Avoid alcohol drinking.
Avoid citrus foods.

Elevate your head during sleeping.
Avoid immediately sleeping after eating.
Take small amount of food.

Consent gastroenterologist for further treatment.
