Suggest Remedy For Acidity Problems With Mild Breathing Problems

Hi Sometimes after heavy meals, I suffer acidity problems with mild breathing problems and then bad burps to get relief after some time. Please suggest any help. I do not smoke, do not consume alcohol nor drink coffee. I exercise regularly and also do yoga daily. I avoid excessive oil in food but still sometimes I get acid attacks.
