Hi Shehzad, Acne vulgaris is very common at your age. You might have oily skin. And that would be inherited. There may be some factors responsible for exacerbation of the disease. Cleanse the face with antiseptic face wash like acmed or acwash. Antibiotic like azithromycine or minocycline in proper dose would be of great help. Isotretinoin in low dose might enhance the improvement. Clindamycine gel,benzoyl peroxide or adapalene gel may be applied. If there is dandruff, shampoo with ketoconazole containing shampoo. You consult dermatologist for firm treatment. The medicines I suggested may be taken under guidance of dermatologist. I feel, you would be alright after few months treatment.
