Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne that spreads to neck, back and head which is due to increased sensitivity of your skin which is leading to hyper pigmentation. Excess of sebaceous glands on your neck, back and head is the cause for your condition. I would suggest you to take diet rich in vitamin C and antioxidants like Citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables and lots of salads and drink plenty of water. Use proper sunscreen (spf>30) before going out in the sun so that the scars doesn't get worsen. Apply lightening agent like kojic acid and vitamin c combination over the black scars. Donot touch them repeatedly. If your symptoms still keeps on persisting, i would suggest you to visit dermatologist as there are various other measures for the treatment of dark scars like the use of chemical peels, dermabrasion and microabrasion.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
