Hi, I had some adult acne problems to right hand side of my face. Around 1cm from the nose, I had two white bumps below the skin. These bumps were slightly raised, but never came to a head like a regular pimple. They were almost impossible to extract and remained with me for 3 months. This morning, my skin became dry and crusty and the skin started to peel back. There two hard white spots appeared more visible after the dry skin was buffed away. I was able to gently extract the spots, but the still didn t pop in a regular manner. The first bump extracted was like a tiny pearl, perfectly rounded and hard. What type of acne is this and in future are there more effective ways to eliminate them?
