For the last 6 days, I am bothered by discomfort / pain in my tongue s lower left portion whenever, I try to talk or try to drink / eat anything. It feels like a particular point of lower side of my tongue is making me feel an acute pain. I recently one and half month ago underwent all four wisdom tooth extracted.
