Suggest Remedy For Adenoid

I have a son who is 3 and half years,he's suffering with adenoid problem,right now he's got cold with lot of phlegm,not able to sleep he coughs hardly and tries to remove the phlegm out of his body.he's taking anti biotic Is there any solution to deal with adenoids.Its hard to see my child going through such pain.Please advice me.:(

Thanks for the query.
I can understand your concern. Adenoid helps trap the infective agents thus removing them surgically which is only permanent solution should be considered when-
there is difficulty breathing, sleep apnea,recurrent infections
ear infections, middle ear fluid, and hearing loss requiring a second or third set of ear tubes.
Better you try to control it by taking medication and don't give your child anything which is very chilled.
