Pulmonologist 's  Response
In my opinion you should first consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray and pulmonary function test (PFT).PFT will diagnose your bronchitis and also quantify it. Since you are having dust exposure best treatment would be avoidance of exposure. You can use mask for this at work site. Other treatment is inhaled therapy in the form of meter dose inhaler with long acting beta 2 agonist and corticosteroids. Oral agents like montelukast and levo cetrizine combination is also helpful. So treatment is available, you just need to consult pulmonologist.
