Suggest Remedy For Anechoic Avascular Cyst In Pregnancy

Hi I am 9 weeks pregnant and I have been detected with an anechoic avascular cyst measuring roughly 9.5 cm x 6.5 cm in my right ovary. My dr. has advised me to take duphaston 10 mg twice a day and get another TAS after 12 weeks. It is also told that if the cyst remains then they will have to extract it after the 13th week is over. The growth of the fetus is normal as per the last TAS. Please advice....
