Suggest Remedy For Ankle Pain
Jumped over a fence a couple of weeks ago...probably no more than two weeks...anyway when I jumped, pain instantly shot up my ankle and lower leg. When I landed it didn t hurt as bad...so I didn t tell anyone or do anything about it. But now I ve started to feel extreme pain when I turn my ankle a certain way or when I walk around too much, but there is no swelling. Don t want to tell anyone is there anything I can do?

You have to get an X-ray, there may be hairline fracture. Don't neglect. If you don't tell anyone. The problem may increase.
