Suggest Remedy For Anxiety And Flu Symptoms

I have anxiety and ptsd due to severe abuse as a child. I am studying to be a writer and I got really stressed; had to stay up all night the other night to write a paper that was due the next morning. Since then I have felt like I have the flu and my entire body has been tingly. Don't have the flu. I got the shot. I took some Ativan and some Aleve just now. Is there something else I should do for this anxiety period. It will go away eventually, but I hate feeling like this and it's scary.
