Suggest Remedy For Arthritis And Degenerative Disc Disease

Hi, I was just curious. I have 9 out of the ten symptoms for a very long time. My doctor has never tested me . Is there a blood or anything test ? I saw a rhuemetologist and I am not a candidate for this form of arthritis , but I do have arthritis and degenerative disc disease. Healthy for the most part (good genes - no diseases)but pain is an always present problem that I deal with. Comments kudos appreciated !!!

consult orthopedic surgeon & physiotherapist .
no blood test is required for degenerative disease,these are age related,
get x-ray ,M R I spine.
REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT.
surgery is recommended if there is not response ,6 month after conservative treatment or person can not do day to day work.

Yes you may need clinical examination and further investigation like MRI,CBC, ESR, CRP.RA TEST, ACCP.
DEXA scan will rule out osteoporosis.
you may need physiotherapy and exercises .
