Hello dear , that's very common problem of back ache during
pregnancy and very troublesome.
There is no absolute remedy to it... but certainly few meassure tips I cn lend which would help u.
1) maintain right posture: during pregnancy u tend to put all ur weight on bck due to growing
uterus which
fatigue ur muscle.
So try sitting straight, with shoulders relaxed n bck resting straight. Hold support while getting up, don't bend down to pick things ask for help, hold your chest high , and don't lock your knees.
2) wear right heal .. tht is slight with gud friction
Don't wear complete flat to maintain proper arch of foot. There are maternity belt and shoes available can try that.
3) chiropratic techniques. Tht is to adjust
sacroiliac joint. Is very helpfull. But to be donw by specialist and don't try to play with your spine.
4) local application of
muscle relaxant and analgesics.
Volini gel is helpfull
5) hot water bag fermentation helps to relax.
