Suggest Remedy For Bald Spot At The Side Of Head

My son is now 9. He has had a bald spot on the side of his head for several years now. It hasn t grown bigger, but his hair hasn t ever grown back either. He hasn t had a traumatic life, but did have a tonsil adenoid ectomy at the age of two. What could be the cause?

Hi...by what you quote I feel that it is a long standing fungal infection or a condition called alopecia areata. I suggest you see your dermatologist for this.
