When I went back a week aft4er, they said it was normal to lose feeling but its scary and the bitter and fowl flavor just started yesterday. What do i do? I had my surgery three weeks ago.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain loss of sensation /feeling after extraction is not a normal finding and it can be due to nerve damage secondary to damage caused with injection needle or ruptured nerve which removing tooth..

The bitter and foul taste from one side can be due to pus discharge caused due to infection..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help..

In case of infection you will be advised to take antibiotics and painkillers..

You can also start taking Vitamin B complex as it helps in nerve regeneration and if still there is no improvement in two weeks consult a Neurologist and get evaluated..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
