Hi,

You seem to have facial melanosis. There may be some cause. Stress, vitamin deficiencies, anaemia, nutritional deficiencies, bad habit of alcohol and smoking, cosmetics, hair oil, soap, exposure to sunrays,drugs..etc may be responsible. You said you have burning after applying triglow cream. It is due to hydroquinone, ingredient of the cream you applied. You stop to apply it. You may apply kojic acid containing cream. Take glutathion and vitamin C tablets for long time. Cleanse the face with facewash containing kojic acid and glycolic acid. You may become alright. However, you take treatment under observation of dermatologist.I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
