Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My father is suffering heavy blooding problem from ANUF ( where person do potty) last 15 days. pilee operation already done but not relief. Now is taking texakind MF 500 mg ( daily 3, 1-1-1),pilex ( daily 6, 2-2-2) Can suggested but not relief . can your suggested another medicine to stop blooding from ANUF. waiting for positive reply.
Thanks for asking query on HCM. As you have described your father has persistent bleeding P/R i.e through anus since last 15 days with no relief from either drugs or surgery for piles (kind of surgery not mentioned). In this case your father would require colonoscopy - a pipe like instrument with camera at the tip to assess the source of the bleed and any therapy if possible endoscopically. Please get an appointment with the Gastroenterologist and plan for colonoscopy as early as possible. Mean time you also check for his hemoglobin to know if he requires blood transfusion.
Take care
