Hi,
It seems that there might be having some injury in external ear causing some soreness or cut skin producing bleeding.
In the morning due to going water inside might dis lodged the clot and might produced bleeding again.
Put some antibiotic cream on cotton and put inside the ear.
This will stop bleeding by pressure.
Ok and take care.
