Suggest Remedy For Blood Blister On My Stretch Mark

Hello, I have a raise blood blister that formed on my stretch mark. It is painful to touch like a bruise and is very hard to the touch almost like a pimple. I pricked it with a sterile needle and blood and clear fluid came out of it and then stopped and got harder. Is this a hernia? Should I seek medical attention or just wait?
