Suggest Remedy For Blotches On The Face In Children

my 5 year old daughter has blotches on the right side of her face, on both shoulders, on her left leg and her arms. not covering her body, but in different areas. each spot is no bigger than the size of my thumb nail, and they are less than a centimeter apart. she was not complaining until I put her in the shower, then she just started screaming. what could it be?

Hello,

As per your case history, your daughter is having an atopic rash, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
