Suggest Remedy For Breast Soreness

So I have been having sore breasts feels like milk is developing in them I thought I may be pregnant but started my period today 2 days ago I was spotting dark brown blood know today it s regular color is this normal I know they say some ladies experience this before they get there period but not once has this happened to me I have 3 kids it feels like I m developing milk?

As you correctly pointed out, many women feel sore breasts before periods that feel fine after period ends.

My advise to you is to wait till your period ends. If the pain or soreness goes away with it, there is no reason to be concerned about it. Only hormonal changes cause this. But if they stay and cause discomfort, then you should visit a gynecologist for physical examination and further investigations.
