Suggest Remedy For Breathing Difficulty

I have been using nasal spray for a long period of time on and off in order to breath.All at once quit working and my nose is staying stopped up.I guess i have used it to much.How long will it take to wean off of it? What can i do to help my breathing in the mean time?

Hi,

First decrease the dosage of your spray, if you are taking it twice a day make it once. You can use Hypertonic saline spray in spite of steroid spray.
Take steam two three times a day.
Take Montelucast 10mg for 7 days at night with this you will be good.
