Suggest Remedy For Breathing Problem,sweating,weakness And Pain In Backside Of Neck

dear doctor i m not feeling well for so many days,if i stand i loose my breathe , feeling like i will fall down, sweating, weakness.pain in backside of neck , slight headache, stress in ears,Varicocele had been diagnosed last year.don't know what to do

Hi,welcome To HCM.
These symptoms point towards low blood pressure/hypotension.Screening 2 dimensional echocardiography can help in assessing the cardiac output.Drugs like fludrocortisone can help increase the blood pressure.Increase the intake of salt >6gms//day.Consult urologist for expert management of varicocele.
