Suggest Remedy For Brown/yellow Discharge With Odor After Abortion

Hi! I had an abortion last 2 months and i just got my period last week. Everything was fine but after i had that abortion, i noticed that i ve been cumming A LOT!! Like during the day I could feel it and i had to change my underwear so many times. It s like brown/yellow and it smells really bad. So is there any way to prevent this?

Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think you have pelvic inflammatory disease or vaginal infections
It is most common by gonorrhea or chlamydia.

So consult the gynecologist and get the following tests done.
Pelvic examinations
ESR, CRP, CBC
USG/CT scan
DNA probe for infections
Cell culture, NAAT and PCR for infections.

Take following advice
Antibiotics: Amoxicillin-clav plus doxycycline orallly or parentraly depend on severity
Tablet ibuprufen
Oral contarceptive pills can be used to prevent infections
Proper rest
Apply warm pad over tender area
Healthy diet with adequate vitamin and mineral supplements
Drink lots of drinks
Relaxation and stretching exercise
Maintain pelvic hygiene
Wear pure cotton loose inner wear
Avoid sex till you get better

Hope this may help you
Best regards
