I banged my shin a few days ago. The day after the hit there was swelling. I iced down the area and the swelling has subsided. there is now a purpelish bruise with a red dot in the middle about three inches above my inside ankle not where the hit occured and a redish area on the outside of the ankle also where the hit did not occur. Im 29, 5'9",215lbs. Should any of the bruising be a concern and should i seek medical attention
