Hi, I fell on my knee a week ago whild riding a bike down a hill. It is still very sore and has a bad scrape. It hurts to bend it touch it and walk on it a little bit, but I can still walk. It has little brusing and swelling, and burns. I've tried to put a brace on it but it puts to much presure on my knee cap. I've tried pain medication it dosent work. How long will this take to heal, I can walk on it so i must have not broken it?
