Suggest Remedy For Bug Bites

I woke one morning to these bites. one on my back and two on my right side (all being lower). These were painful not like a bug bite before. Now the bites are smaller but still there as bumps and now I'm having trouble with constipation. When I do have a bowl movement they are small and i feel bloated after I eat. The pain is rare and only occurs at night.
