Suggest Remedy For Bulky Endometrium

my age is 57 years.for last 4-5 days bleeding start and on taking medicine bleeding stopped after 2 days but again few drops of bleeding coming out occassionaly,though i am contuining me medicne.on ultrasound a 9.5 mm mildly thickened endometrium in bulky position obsorved.what will be right step for curring myself.
