Suggest Remedy For Bump Above Eye Due To Hitting Of Head

My daughter fell about a month ago and hit her head on the corner of the couch she got a bump above her eye just before her hairline, a month later it is still there she fell again ( very clumsy) and now the same bump has bruised and seems to have enlarged should I be concerned? I have a nurse in the house who says not to worry but I'm freaking out!!! My daughter is two and a half by the way. HELP!

This may simply be a coincidence that she hit her head in the same place. THe bump is called a haemtoma and is caused by some bleeding under the skin. Most haematomas improve spontaneously without any specific treatment but some can take weeks to months to completely resolve.
