Suggest Remedy For Bump On Back Of Head

I have a bump on the back right side of my head. I didn t bump my head or anything and it s really sensitive. It hurts when I lay it and put pressure on it. I do get headaches but I don t know if that s just cause my sleeping schedule is off. I m really scared because I don t know if this is serious and I don t have insurance and it s really starting to hurt. I had it for about 5 days now
