Suggest Remedy For Bumps In Chest

My 11 yr old daughter had a couple little bumps pop up on her chest yesterday. Today, allthe sudden she has probably 30 bumps across her chest and shoulders. They re like little pimples. Could it possibly be from the heat outdoors? Its been in the 90s the past few days. Does not itch or hurt. No other symptoms
