Suggest Remedy For Bumps In Scalp

Ok i have bumps on my scalp that look like they have just risen from my scalp. Theu itch bleed and scab and my scalp is painful it started out as one now i have plenty and had them for about 4years now. Im 22 5/1 about 90 pounds and havent seen a doctor yet

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain that the bumps on scalp can be due to causes like:

-Hair follicle infection or Folliculitis.
-Allergic reaction.
-Impetigo etc..

I would suggest you to consult a Trichologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like microscopic examination of the scraping from the scalp, blood tests etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

-You can be advised to take a course of oral antibiotics.
-You can be advised to apply antibiotic ointment over the scalp..
-You can apply steroid lotion ..
-Avoid scratching the scalp to prevent infection..
-In case if itching is severe you can take antihistamine like Levocetrizine..
